Bob Beavan
Bob has worked with WhiteGold since 1997 and, following a long and distinguished career at the helm, retired from the business
in 2009. His involvement with the business continues through his part-time role as a Senior Consultant.
From working on farms in the UK and doing Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) in Sri Lanka Bob has developed a passion for agriculture and the environment. Studying agriculture at Harper Adams in the late 1960's early 70's, led to a commercial career in agriculture working initially for RHM and Dalgety Agriculture.
Bob has a wide knowledge across all sectors of agriculture from livestock to cropping. He was instrumental in the development of the WildCare and Carbon footprinting models that have subsequently become key aspects of AB Sustain's activity.
Bob is an experienced speaker at conferences and seminars; specialising in farming and environmental issues.
